These 2 devices are p2p with very similar specifications. However, TL431AQDBZRQ1, is Q100 qualified.

However, as I see the data sheet of Nexperia, it is also AEC-Q100 qualified.

You are correct. I will check to see if there is a comparison chart. But as mentioned specs are very similar so the chart may not be very helpful here.
