How long customer host processor need to wait before read SoC, current, Voltage etc info from BQ27Z561R1 to get valid info?

Customer currently need to wait for 10s. Otherwise, SoC, Temperature, Voltage, Current might get 0 result. Is it expected?

Hello Ryan,

The gauge should report out all measurements within 2 seconds, 1 second to gather the ADC readings and 1 second to run the simulations for SOC, RM, FCC, etc. As long as the gauge has consistent power and is not having power fluctuations.

Yes it should be approximately 2s after reset to get the gauge parameters recalculated.
