Dear Sir/Madam
We have purchased a TI part LM22673MRX-ADJ/NOPB,DC is 2141+ COO MY,but we do X-RAY,found that the leads frame and wire bond not same as before 19+ one,COO was PH.
And the marking format are different also.I can't find out the PCN or related document about these differences.Is there any difference between Malaysia and Philippines Assembly Site?
Can you help to check the PCN documents?
