TPS54331: Heating issue for Lo in the IC

Hi TI Team,

We are getting so many failures of the inductor used in the TPS54331, Could you provide the possible root cause for the failure or explain the working of the TPS54331 with respect to inductor, frequency and all. That would be help full for debugging the failure cases. we are using the 10uH inductor part(SRP6540-100M) from Bourns. and assembled around10-20K number and sent to different customer (To the field). after 900 days from the assembled days, started seeing many failures of that component. Failure sense - After powering to the board, Inductor starts heating, later MCU is getting turn off, then board wont work. Please support to solve above problem and provide possible root cause to find the problem.

Would you please provide the schematic and layout of the application? If possible, is there any waveform such as inductor current, PH voltage, input and output voltage?
