BQ25887: register to know battery charging %

With BQ25887, we would like to display % of battery charging amount.

What register we have to use for this purpose?

We monitored the voltage, but it would not proper, because it is jump as soon as we plug in the AC adapter to unit.

Please let me know.

Hi,

No, you need a gauge to do that. Charger only tell you the voltage of battery.

Thank you.

We are monitoring Voltage and we have weird result for monitoring voltage that the Voltage is jumped what we plug in the AC adapter into our units.

It looks like the voltage is jumped to charger voltage and could not distinguish the battery charging gauge during charging condition, because the voltage is coming from charger.

For reading voltage, could you let me know the register address that we could check?

Hi Vincent,

You can enable ADC, and read register 0x1D and 0x1E for battery voltage.
