UCC24612-1EVM: Gate no fully turn on

My customer used LM5026 and put the UCC24612 EVM in the secondary low-side MOSFET.

The CH1(Yellow) is EVM's gate. Is there a need to modify it?

Hello,

Figure 4 in the users guide shows how to connect the EVM up in a low side FET application. If you follow these instructions you should be O.K.

Please note the UCC24612 was designed for LLC and flyback converters only. If you are using it in another application it may not work.

If I want to use it in the ACF forward, need to change it to UCC24610? thanks.

Hello,

In an active clamp forwarded the UCC24610 would be the correct gate driver to use.
