Hi expert,

Do we have a suggestion for how wide to route VSS trace out of two balls for the pcb build? Is 3mil good enough?

Hello Allen,

It depends on what their DCRs are for their build, I'm not sure if 3mil is enough. They should be able to check with the footprint tool we offer and their DCRs.
