I am in the process of executing hardware element evaluation for UCD9090 as per ISO 26262 requirements.
I currently have document for UCD9090-Q1 which indicates few failure modes , distribution and FIT value at high level and there is no information on mitigation.
Can you help us with below for UCD9090,
- Detailed FMD(including effects of the failure modes identified in the attached sheet and possible mitigation plan)
- What development process was used for development of UCD9090. Any evidence of the development process that can be made available
- Do you have IATF 16949 certification. Can this be shared if available
- Do you have Verification Plan and Report for UCD9090. Can this be shared if available.
- Do you have AEC-Q100 report for UCD9090. Can this be shared if available.
- Do you have a Control Plan and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis(PFMEA) for your manufacturing process. Can this be shared if available.
- Do you perform in-line testing for UCD9090. Can you share the in-line testing procedure if available.
- Do you perform end-of-line testing for UCD9090. Can you share the end-of-line testing procedure if available.
We need above information to support argument that the risk of systematic failures for UCD9090 is low which is required per ISO 26262.
