When the BMS / system is down without power, how can we have all setting parameters / value back. Does bq76952 has flash ?? Or... how to set up those value in test mode ??

Hi Ted,
There is not data flash for the BQ76952, so the default register settings will be loaded when the device is powered up. Most users have their microcontroller programmed to load the registers at startup. However, the device also has OTP, so you can program the register settings to OTP if you need to the device to power up with your settings.
You can read more about the OTP feature in the device datasheet and TRM in the online product folder. There is also an application report that covers the OTP programming procedure in more detail: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/sluaa32a/sluaa32a.pdf
Best regards,
