Hi Team,

My customer is evaluating the UCC2808AQDR-1EP and has a question.

What is the maximum current rating of the internal Zener diode that clamps VDD?

The maximum ambient temperature of their product is 80C.

So we'd like to know the maximum Zener diode current when Tj = 105degreeC or 125degreeC.
