BQ24040 has a charge current monitor function on ISET Pin.

How do we calculate or know the voltage developed on the resistor on ISET pin ?

Hello

The current out of the ISET pin is a sample of output current, the ratio is 1 to 350.

Voltage on the ISET pin will be 1.5V when the unit is in Constant Current regulation. When the device enters Constant Voltage regulation phase voltage will drop below 1.5V and voltage will be a function of output current and value of ISET resistor.
