I understood that there is no pin FMA for UCC27710.
Is there any helpful pinFMA of products which are similar to UCC27710?
I just want to refer to information about what kind of failure will occur when the pins are shorted each other or open.

The devices with pin FMAs that are publicly available can be found in the same link I previously shared (https://www.ti.com/technologies/functional-safety.html). I looked through the list and we don't have pin FMA available for non-isolated half-bridge drivers, only for isolated drivers. Since isolated drivers internal design is different I don't think these would be a good reference to use.

I couldn't find the product category I was looking for in the link you shared, so I asked if you had any materials for FMA apart from linked.
