EV2400: We can not read BQ78350-R1 by using firmware version V0.32 EV2400

Hello Sir:

We found a strange thing.

When using firmware version V0.05 EV2400, we can read our BQ78350-R1 device.

But when using firmware version V0.32 or V0.18 EV2400, we can not read our BQ78350-Q1 device.

Can you help to provide the V0.05 firmware for us?

We want to downgrade our tools.

    Hi Statham,

    This doesn't make sense. I have only used v0.18 or above in the years I have supported the BQ78350-R1 and have never had any issue. I do not think downgrading the firmware is the right solution for this issue. Have you tried on more than one board to verify the device is still able to communicate?

    Yes, you are right! 

    We try more EV2400 on this processes and which will be ok on V0.18 and V0.32.

    We just had bad luck and got two bad EV2400 in a row.
