thanks a lot for the quick feedback.

So, this would probably mean September 2019 for 99K and April 2018 for 84K, correct?
But what about ICs produced in 2009 or 2008? Do they have the same date code?

The reason I ask is because I want to know if I am dealing with old broker parts or newly produced parts.

Can you find the external packaging of the chips when it was shipped to you? If so, please find the label on it and send my the picture.
