Part Number: REF200
I am making a charge pump out of REF200 and the TS5A3359YZPR SP3T switch to charge or discharge a capacitor providing an adjustable PWM tuning voltage. The 100uA currents are appropriate for this application. Could you provide me a schematic for more guidance on the best circuit. Any charge pump circuits would be helpful.
