When I use BQ40Z80， If set 7series and discharge to 3V/ cell the RSOC about 0%, the MOS began to ON OFF, at the same time communication is intermittent.

Hello,

The BQ40Z80 no longer supports 7S designs, it only supports up to 6S.

1、If it is 6S, will there still be such a problem

2、Is there a 7S electricity meter scheme including SMBus communication recommended

Hello,

The issue should not be present with 6S. If 6S is used I would also recommend decreasing the Max Simulation Iterations in the data flash to around 20.

The BQ34Z100-G1 is a top of stack gauge that can support higher cell counts.
