BQ76952: Configuration issue

Hi Team,

I have a customer who is facing issue with the configuration of this device as shown below:

The yellow highlighted portion is the part where they were trying to configure, but they claimed that there was an error.

Do you have any advise on why there was issue with the configuration?

Hey Ernest,

With the settings the customer chose, they should have a hexadecimal value of 0xDD. Where is the customer seeing the error?
