TPS54360: Two of this device in parallel?

Hi Experts,

Is it okay to use two TPS54360 device to increase the load capacitance by parallel output terminals. Such a design, two outputs directly connected to one side and then to the load side, does it have any impact?

    Hi Archie, 

    Two TPS54360 devices cannot be easily paralleled to evenly share the total power.  An external sharing control circuit is needed.  You may refer to the concept in Figure 4 of the following App Note to force the two circuits to evenly share the total power.  Note that you may consider to provide external clock to synchronize the two circuits in order to avoid the noise at the beat frequency.
