LM5116: LM5116 Duty cycle limitation for Vout close to Vin

Part Number: LM5116

I have an application where it requires me to limit the output current to 10A with situations where it can be very little difference between output and input voltage - upto 0.25V difference. Vin range is 75V to 60V and Vout is 60V.

As I try to design the circuit for the same application on TI web-bench The duty cycle of the IC is not going upto 99% which in my case is necessary.

I am guessing that due to the forces HO on time and Off time of the IC and also the dead time of the IC the Duty cycle is not reaching 99% or so.

  1. Is it possible to achieve a very high duty cycle close to 99% with this IC?
  2. If yes how?

I have attached a SS of the web bench parameters below
