BQ25171EVM: Normal charge STAT LEDs state?

Hi,

I'm currently using the BQ25171EVM to verify the charging of a 1-cell LiFePo4 rechargeable battery.

Battery is charging but STAT1 LED is LOW and STAT2 is HIGH. Please let me know if it's right situation.
