Hi,

i have loaded BQ40z50-R1 firmware successfully. in Bqstudio relative state of charge and absolute state state of charge showing 100% respective of any state of charge. and also learinging not happening.

please find the attached csv file and bqstudio screen short.

Hello Sidda,

I'm not sure I understand your question, you must upload the best matched chem ID and then perform a learning cycle before the gauge can provide any accurate results.

Please follow the application note SLUA903 for completing the learning cycle.

we try to upload the CHEM ID it is showing some error as per attached screen short.

please check and confirm.

Hello Sidda,

That pop-up only indicates the chem ID does not support turbo mode. It does not indicate any errors and the chem ID should have uploaded correctly.
