    Hello Shankar,

    I assume 24 V / 4 A is the desired output voltage and current.

    To realistically design a power supply we need more information.  How accurately do you need to maintain output regulation: +/- 5%, +/- 10%, etc.  What is the input voltage range and desired switching frequency?  Is the input voltage AC or DC?  Do you require input-to-output isolation?  What is the operating temperature range?  Do you want lowest cost or highest efficiency?
