TPS65132: 6V-6.4V step, lasts for 5ms in AVDD waveform

Hi team,

My customer is using TPS651320A0 for providing AVDD\AVEE voltage in LCM.

Now AVDD\AVEE is 6V, when in sleeping mode and shut down stage, there is a 6V-6.4V step, lasts for 5ms.

Waveforms are shown as below.

Can you explain the reason of the abnormal waveform for me?
