BQ34110: ALERT outputs Vol

Hi, I want to use one of the ALERT outputs to control the CELL_BATTPRESZ of a BQ25713. The spec of 25713 for this input is 0.15V max. The specification of the ALERT outputs of 34110 is Vol=0.4V for Iol=3mA . Is there any hint of what would be the value for a current of 0.2mA?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately we do not have test data that shows the voltage value of ALERT1 or ALERT2 at specifically 0.2mA so I can not give an exact number. That being said, I would not expect it to vary much from the 0.4V that has been validated for 3mA.

    Hi, Jackson, thank you for your quick answer. It is a pitty there is no test data.

    FWIW, I measured 5.4mV for a current of ~180uA. I assume the outputs are N-channel MOSFETs and they must be working in the linear range, not in the plateau range. It would be good having support data from the manufacturer though.
