what is the function of VSYS which is connected to mosfet (Q4). Hdow it should be implemented. Please provide application model.

Hello Akhil,

VSYS connects directly to the System to sense the voltage for System voltage regulation. Connect it directly to the system with enough capacitance as needed for your application.

You can refer to BQ25723EVM Schematic in the EVM User Guide for an example.
