Do we have A load switch, input 4V, output RMS current 1.5A, maximum transient current 2.3A; The operating static current is required to be less than 50uA, the internal resistance is required to be less than 50mohm, and most importantly, reverse protection in the ON state.

    Hello Xiaofu,

    The only device we have that has always-on reverse current protection that fits the criteria you've listed is TPS22950; however, Its Iq MAX is 60 uA (40 uA typ). All other options with always-on reverse current protection has a higher Ron that what you've listed.
