BQ20Z90: Unable to reset

Hi team,

My customer need assistance:

I have 2 battery packs using BQ29330 and BQ20Z90 ICs in battery management system (BMS). Replaced the defective cells with new ones but unable to restart the pack, no output voltage.
Could you please advice how to reset (procedure to reset) the circuit?
Hereby attaching the circuit for reference.

    Hello Chong,

    Make sure you connected the cells from lowest protentional to highest to prevent possible damage to the part.

    Verify your FUSE has not been blown by the secondary protection. You should be able to wakeup and communicate with the gauge by applying voltage on the PACK pin, otherwise the part may have been damaged from the swapping of cells.
