Hi team

Customer is designing 340~550VACIN power supply, the PFC will boost to 800~850VDC, can UCC256403 support this application? We know that the HB can not support this 800V HV. Do you have any other recommendation?

    Hi Luo,

    Could you let me know the application?

    As you mentioned the max voltage that HB of the UCC256403 can handle is 600V. So, you can not use 403 in such a high voltage.

    You can try using UCC25600 which is a direct frequency controller which needs a external gate drivers.
