Part Number: TPS25810

1 the SUT is normal USB Type-C Gen2X1 port , with CC controller TPS25810.

2 the SUT will not charger or can't connect to device (Tablet PC) with tact cable.

- Connect SUT and another device(tablet PC) with tact cable.

- disconnected tablet PC side cable

- after that, the tablet PC can’t connect/charge with SUT

3 if TPS25810 support follow function .

This issue occurs with “TPS25810” and some Tact cables combination.

If there is no problem with the cable, this issue will not occur.

However, I think there is a risk to adopt “TPS25810”.

Sorry I have not had a chance to look into this earlier!

Can you clarify what a tact cable is?

Are you referring to an electronically marked cable?
