How can I programm this IC through MCUs so that I can controll the charging and discharging operation. LIke if we connect different portable device it should provide different power output. and while charging it shoud charge on the maximum power. please provide with some syntax so that I can move forward with my project. ( I am developing a power bank that can charge and discharge through bq25723 IC and it should provide different output power for different portable device) ( I am using USB C type port )

Hello Akhil,

You can write and read to the device using I2C via a Microcontroller. Please refer to the BQ25723 datasheet for Power Up sequence and which registers to control to customize your application needs.

For prototyping I would recommend using a BQ25723EVM and an EV2400 programmer, so that you can use the BQSTUDIO software to communicate with the device. The BQ25723EVM User's guide has examples for setup and programming and explains how to use the EVM.
