Hi Go,

In the TPSM84203 datasheet page 22. This package should follow JEDEC industry standard classification and peak solder temperature. See below link.

We don't have any dedicated reflow document for TPSM84203 module. According to TPSM84203 datasheet, this module should follow JEDEC industry standard classification and peak solder temperature.
