TL431: Alternative to TL431CPS

Hi, 

I am considering a replacement for the TL431CPS.
As far as I can see from the data sheet, I understand that the only difference between TL431CPS and TL431CDBZR is the package. is my perception correct?

Also, if there is a pin-compatible alternative product, please let me know.
