TPS92611-Q1: DIAGEN resistor setting

Part Number: TPS92611-Q1

Hi Expert,

Our customer uses TPS92611-Q1. About DIAGEN setting, they use R1 = 10 kΩ, R2 = 65.6 kΩ but only to find this will cause large leaking current on this path, normally several hundred uA. It's unacceptable. They want to increase the res value to M ohm, but they are not sure if it's applicable. If using 10M ohm res, the current will quite small though, but not sure if it will affect DIAGEN pin function. I suppose it's comparator inside so it should have current requirement for proper working. May you help check? What's the largest R1 can set? Thanks.
