BQ25303J: PMID and Q1 FET

Hi Experts,

Good day.

When the charger is stopped after a charge termination, the voltage at PMID comes from the body diode of Q1, or if Q1 is still on?
If I disable the chip with the EN pin does the behavior of Q1 change?

Hello Josel,

After charge termination Q1 is still ON. With the part disabled via POL floating and EN pulled high Q1 is OFF but the body diode still conducts.
