Hi,
we are manufacturing the BMS by using the bq78350, bq76940 and bq72600 IC. 24 pcs of battery pack with the BMS have been delivered for AGV application. First 4-6 months, there was no problem. However, then, most of the BMS has not been reflecting the correct RSOC value for last two months. I am thinking that it is about the capacity learning feature and the DOD at EDV2 of the BMS. I noticed that the DOD at EDV2 values in these battery packs are different from value determined at the beginning.
Would you please help me solve the problem?
