Hi

Their are two customers feedback that they do not receive the report these days.

Attached the data, please help calculate the CHEM ID.

    Hi Star,

    I believe the issue here is that their sampling window is too small. In the GMCCHEM guide, it states that the sampling interval must be from 5-100s. The file you sent over indicates a sampling interval a bit less than 5s which may be what is the cause of not receiving a report from the online tool.
