Can you please provide the maximum pulse current specification of TPS22917 which is not mentioned in the datasheet?

Required Pulse duration: 10uS

The data is required to understand the inrush current handling capacity of the device when it is used as a switch for a circuit with low ESR Bulk capacitors.

2.5A spec is for up to 300uS. Is IMAX higher if pulse duration is only 10uS?

Hello Supeda,

Technically not because it's not tested to higher current and electro migration could be a concern. What is the max amplitude of the current and is it a one time event? or how often is it repeated in your use case?
