BQ27Z561: No response from GPCCHEM tool

Hi,

I am not getting any response from GPCCHEM - Gauging parameter calculator tool even after 2 attempts. This tool shows expected response within 1 hour approximately but i am not getting it.

What could be the reason behind that?

Here i am attaching zip file to get chem ID.

If any can help me to get matching chem ID from this zip file then it would be great help to me as i am doing this process for more than a week long time.

Hi Parth,

The sampling interval in your roomtemp_rel_dis_rel file is only 4 seconds. The minimum sample time is 5s as described in the GPCChem guide. I suspect if you redo this data capture with anywhere from 5s to 100s sampling interval, you should see results from the tool.

I got response later but as per GPCCHEM tool we are supposed to get response in 1 hour approximately. I got response after 8 Long hours. I had to wait whole working day for the response. Can you tell me what could be the reason behind that!

That is very unusual. I suspect that the tool may have been down momentarily. If you try to submit the same data to the tool now does it still encounter the same long wait period?

It happened earlier in the morning as per indian time. I tried multiple times using same data but each of it's response was received on evening. After then i haven't tried yet.

Hi Parth,

Sometimes the server goes down for maintenance which can delay response times of the report being sent out.
