When my customer test TPS40060 found out the the output signal abnormal:
The green: PMOS ; The blue: NMOS
It look like mos go-through due to too long Ton.
I couldn’t find description about dead time in datasheet and requirement about PMOS.
Could you kindly help analysis this issue and give more detail about TPS40060 dead-time
In addition, when My customer choice si746dp(PMOS) and resistance use 4.7Ω；
