Hi,

I am working on a new design with DM8147. The recommended PMU is TPS659113.

I have a 3S/3P 7200mAh pack with cut off of 9V. 15VIN for my current charging solution.

This makes the 5.5 Vin limit of TPS659113 a problem. When I look at other parts like TPS65232

they have a min VIN of 10.8V, a problem as well. I have other high power parts like Xilinx S6

and so I am trying to piece togeather a power solution using TI options (so I can take advantage

of DVS on the DM8147). I have not found good solution on the TI web so far. Can you suggest one?

Hi Patrick,

So, you need a step down - is that right?

Katie should be able to with this. I am sure there are plenty of such PMUs (e.g. TPS51220).

Don't think TPS51220 can do the SR2b or DVS.

This is the problem. Those that do support SR are 5VIN, and I need 15VIN (Max)

Maybe you know of such a part?
