We are evaluating using TPS23841, however we do have a CPU on board that we would like to use to manage the 23841.

Is there a firmware we can port to run on our CPU or is the firmware only available if one use's the TI MSP430.

Either case where is the firmware and the documentaion so we can understand and evaluate the effort involved.

It really depends on many factors but generally you'll get a response within 3-5 days. For more urgent needs/requests, start with your local TI sales office.
