My board is a Custom design.
The device seems to be in sleep mode, no activity on PH (0 Volts).
/BATDRV is low, but no battery is attached, Vfb = 0
Vcc is 13V6, one Diode drop lower than Input Voltage.
TS = 1V55 , Vref = 3V3
Iset1 = Iset2 = 0V96 (connected together), ACSET = 0V6 or 0V09 (altered with FET, depending on Input source).
REGN behaves strangely: when connecting a voltmeter, the voltage decayes down to 150mV (from approx 4V initially)
Resoldering another BQ24617, REGN is stable at 6V, but the symptom remains the same: Charge Indicator is on, /ACDRV is off (13V2).
I'm out of ideas where to look.
