UCC28810: LED POWER DALI Dimming

Specification is LED POWER DALI dimming, must have DALI D4i for North America,
Outdoor use
So the input spec should open
AC IN 100~277Vac
The output specification has not been confirmed, but there will be LED CC constant current and D4i constant voltage output, and also provide MCU 3.3V power supply
So we are currently planning to design a set of AC TO DC constant voltage + a set of DC TO DC constant current

Can you suggest the above suitable power ic and led driver ic.

It would seem that the UCC28810 would meet your primary requirements. However, there's really not enough information here for me to provide further recommendations. Perhaps you can supply a block diagram and that would clarify your requirements.
