The customer question is this
At the moment we are using BQ25971 and the efficiency of our device does not correspond to 97%? only 94%. Nevertheless, on the BQ25970EVM-893 board, the efficiency is 97%. I would like to ask for an example of the topology and psb stack that is applied on the BQ25970EVM-893 board, types of vias under bga chip, copper thickness, etc. If there is a project in Altium it would be just great.
