Hi,
We are using LM2677SD-5.0/NOPB converter in one of our design. I have attached an schematic for this converter which we have design. Please review the schematic and provide your feedback.

Hello
I will assume that your input voltage is about 10V to 12V.
Please be sure that your inductor is rated for the current limit of the device; about 7A
This is to ensure that the inductor will not saturate during a fault condition.
Also, be sure that the diode is rated for the load current.
We would appreciate an opportunity to review the PCB layout when it is ready.
Thanks
Hello
Sorry for the late reply.
Input voltage is 10 to 12.8V.
Inductor part number is SRP6060FA-150M and it's 6A
Our ouput required current is 3A
Hello
It looks like your inductor has a soft saturation characteristic; so that should be OK.
If you can provide images of your PCB layout, we will be happy to review.
Thanks
