EV2400: Connection issue

I have got a EV2400 and connected it to the battery pack, downloaded the latest BQstudio and got FW updated. But the USB was not present and the I2C has not response. Would you be able to help?

    Hello Rong,

    If you were able to update the firmware, then the hardware is communicating on USB. Check if another instance of bqStudio is running or if another program is using the EV2400. If you are not sure, then reboot the PC and check.
