now，i am using BQ40Z50-r1，Now parameter configuration is in progress. In Data memory calibration, there are voltage, current, temperature gain and temperature models.

Do I need to configure these registers? If so, how do I configure them?

Hello Guoqing,

Perform calibration from the calibration tab. This will update the calibration parameters.

Hello Guoqing,

The Internal temp model values should stay at default. There is no need to calibrate or update that.

Is the “Data memory-calibration-Fet temperature model” the same as “Data memory-calibration-internal Temp model”？

No, they are different and we recommend to leave at default value.
