Hi..

One of my customer is working on AM625 based design where they are looking for the PMIC solution to powering the processor.

 For their configuration one of the configuration setting is matching in which DDR supply is 1.2V as default & customer is planning for the 1.1V LPDDR. Query is how to change the 1.2V to 1.1V during initialization or power up sequencing? Customer wants to know how to change & when to change the LPDDR related voltages? Is it happening while power up & before LPDDR voltage powering up or after powering up all the voltages?

Kindly help.

    Thanks for reaching out! We have defined multiple NVM configurations to support different application scenarios based on the input supply, memory, etc. Could you share the application details below? We might be able to find a NVM that comes with the right settings by default.

    Input supply (VSYS): 3.3V or 5V?

    Memory: DDR4 or LPDDR4?

    VDD_CORE voltage: 0.75V or 0.85V?
