Hello,
the TPSM82864A MODE pin guaranteed input low level is (only) 0.4V.
When using a VSET pull-down resistor of say 205K (for fix 3.3V), will this safely provide a low-level for the digital MODE input during operation as well?
Or would I need some additional circuit to tie MODE hard low for Auto-PWM/PSM mode after power-up?
E.g. a leakage current of say 2.5uA through 205K would violate the MODE input low level specification (as it seems). I did not find a VSET/MODE pin leakage current specification (so far).
Thanks,
Hi,
Yes, the VSET/MODE resistor will hold the pin to a logic low level. The leakage is much less than 2.5uA.
