TPS62150: "F0" Suffix - TPS62130RGTRF0

Hello,

This question has come up again. I see TPS62130RGTRF0 is listed at multiple distributors and TI's website notes it as a separate part number but the same. If they are the same why the reason for separate part numbers? What does the F0 call out?

Hi Kyle,

I am trying to find more on this part number. The suffix might be an indication that it is a custom part. OR it could be related to the die revision and is showing up as a mistake on the website but I need to check with the correct team internally. I will write back here once I get an update.

Hi Kyle,

I can confirm the TPS62130RGTRF0 device does not exist and the references to this number should not show up on ti.com or even on other distributor sites. I will try to find the right contacts internally to help get these references removed but it can take some time. From usage perspective, please use the TPS62130RGTR device. Hope this helps.

As far as I have found out, the device was never released. Only the TPS62130RGTR should be the one available. I will email you offline to discuss this further as I may need to loop in some additional team members.

Based on the information you've provided I think the confusion can be traced back to TPS62130RGTR and TPS62130RGTRF0 both being listed as separate orderable part numbers in the part list file Digi-Key receives.

I will have TPS62130RGTRF0 removed from the Digi-Key website and if you can have it removed from the distributor price file that should correct the issue.
